Oral Testing Criteria by Penny Ur

It is not easy task to design an oral test and it is sometimes hard to score it. Take a look at this chart by Penny Ur, giving the criteria for Accurary and Fluency.
The first part annalyses the vocabulary usage, grammar and pronunciation of the speaker. The second part annalyses how well he/she can conduct the conversation (fluency).
A certain grade is given to the first part and the same is done to the second part.
