We all want disciplined students, right? But:

Are we disciplined ourselves? Are we able to do the things we have planned? Are we organized enough?

Students are not disciplined by nature. We are the ones who have the role and ability to train them as to do what’s expected from them: whether behaving, participating, speaking English in class or doing homework.

Reflect on these quotes:

“First we form habits, then they form us.” Rob Gilbert

“Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.” Jim Ryun

“Habits are at first cobwebs, then cables.” Spanish Proverb

We don’t think it’s possible, it is impossible, we sometimes say! But…Let’s believe it!

We CAN motivate our students, we CAN create in them good habits, we CAN train them to be GREAT students and GREAT people!
