Discord's video game diversity consultation company, Black Girl Gamers, have announced their intent to seek legal action.

They followed through with it.

I'm pretty sure I saw somewhere that they followed through with this, that they actually filed a cease and desist against this little tiny website.

The latest development was kicked off on March the th when That Park Place editor in chief, John F. Trent, oh, okay, so he's from Bounding into Comics,

Published an article, Forspoken, consultant Black Girl Gamers appears to discriminate in their hiring practices while claiming they are being harassed.

In support of his headline,

Trent cited a sole Soul Tweet wherein Black Girl Gamers put out a public call for quote, Black women content creators that make Dungeons and Dragons D&D content for potential brand work.

This is looking for Black women content creators to make Dungeons and Dragons D&D content for some potential brand work hit us up.

So they are saying that they are discriminating.

They only want Black women.

Addressing the report roughly two weeks later, Black Girl Gamers took their official company Twitter account.

Again, this is not a company.

This is like, you know, four idiots, you know, who still all have accomplished nothing in their life.

You know, they have gender studies degrees or some crap like that.

They've got fifty five thousand dollars in college debt.

They're still suckling off their mama's teats and their debt and their parents are desperate for them to do something with their life.

So then they put out this Spurgfest again for this addressing the legal threat in its own coverage of the announcement.

Trent provided a disclaimer asserting that that Park Place has written about the public interest story involving public entities as part of a good faith journalistic effort.

That Park Place at the time of the publication and to the best of our knowledge has never received any request at it for redaction, modification or deletion of articles.

I mean, as far as I know, they got a cease and desist to.
