  • I'm excited.
  • I'm very excited.
  • I'm the most excited I've been.
  • Really?
  • The baby thing is fun.
  • Kids are great.
  • Who knew?
  • It's terrifying, but it's exciting.
  • It has been a long road to get here.
  • After we got pregnant with Jet, we were like, man, this is easy.
  • We're in the clear.
  • This is great.
  • It was like a one-and-done type effort.
  • It was.
  • This time, it was not that way.
  • We tried for months and months and months.
  • Did I just witness?
  • I was eating eggs, and they were all up immediately.
  • We're the only cause.
  • It's him, though.
  • But it's technically very early.
  • I don't know, but I think so.
  • Why?
  • There are just things that make more sense now.
  • I'm breathing, and I haven't been drinking any water but I'm peeing all the freaking time.
  • And then my stomach's been gurgling, which is really normal for that.
  • Are you crying?
  • Maybe.
  • I don't know.
  • I'm fine.
  • We are aware we are still very, very, very blessed.
  • Like, very blessed that this happened so quickly.
  • Some people, it takes years.
  • Some people can't do it.
  • They have to do other things like IVF.
  • Yeah.
  • But still, we got a taste of that emotional roller coaster of trying and hoping and thinking even that we were pregnant and then being disappointed when we found out we weren't.
  • How long do we have?
  • Probably two more minutes.
  • Don't look.
  • It's in there, bro.
  • She didn't want me back there.
  • She wanted it to be her thing.
  • I support that.
  • I'm not the one getting pregnant.
  • She's back there right now, looking at the result.
  • We'll see.
  • Do you want to know something wild?
  • I think I'm pregnant.
  • What makes you think that?
  • I don't know how to explain it.
  • It's like a soul feeling.
  • It's weird.
  • I tell myself every time.
  • I'm going to add an initial.
  • So it was around our anniversary.
  • We were on a road trip.
  • I had all these symptoms.
  • I was, like, super bloated.
  • I was like, huh, I think I am.
  • And I got really excited.
  • I got my hopes up.
  • But in my mind, I was like, I think I'm pregnant.
  • I don't like getting my hopes up.
  • It's going to be OK. You said it's higher?
  • It said three minutes, not two.
  • We did a whole thing.
  • We took the test.
  • And I got so pissed.
  • I was like, I don't want to talk to you.
  • I don't want to talk to anybody.
  • I'm going to go to bed.
  • She got angry at me.
  • I did, for no reason.
  • Because it came back negative.
  • I have a team photo.
  • No, I'm just kidding.
  • That's not fair.
  • I don't know.
  • I came home.
  • A week went by.
  • And I still, like, hadn't had my period.
  • And I was like, huh, this is weird.
  • So I took another test.
  • And I was immediately pregnant.
  • There it is.
  • There it is.
  • That's confusing.
  • Why do they do it like that?
  • And there could be a really fun coincidence where the baby is born on my dad's birthday, which would be really special since we just lost him a couple months ago.
  • I feel like now that this is our third hopeful child and fifth pregnancy, maybe sixth, I just feel, like, more excited and less nervous.
  • Me too.
  • If I don't think about it too much, I'm very excited.
  • If I think about it too much, I get very nervous.
  • How does the third time feel?
  • Do you still feel that same spark of, like, the first kid, you're like, oh, wow, it's excitement and pain.
  • Like, I'm so excited.
  • But at the top of my mind at the moment, it's like, my back's going to hurt.
  • Because you already know who you're signing up for.
  • Yeah.
  • It makes me sad for Jenner.
  • Because he's our baby.
  • You're our baby.
  • My baby.
  • You're good at the mom thing.
  • How do you hold three?
  • Happy anniversary.
  • Wow.
  • The third time around is a little more somber.
  • I feel somber because I feel like I know it's our last.
  • You know for sure.
  • I kind of do.
  • I feel like we're going to be six years down the road after.
  • No. Seven years from now, this guy will be six.
  • And we're going to go back to the baby phase.
  • And we'll be like, yeah, let's do it again.
  • Can't wait to meet you.
  • No wonder I felt so freaking bloated.
  • I've been so bloated.
  • I'm going to be huge.
  • I love you, baby.
  • Can't wait to meet you.
  • There's just so many things in pregnancy that you don't have any control over.
  • And I just pray that the baby gets here to us safely.
  • That's all I'm hoping for, is a healthy baby to get to hold.
  • And what a treat and blessing that is.
  • Oh, wait until you see the video of us telling Drew.
  • That was the best part.
  • Is the shock setting in?
  • Yeah.
  • Now my brain's moving.
  • What, all the logistics and scheduling and doctor's appointments?
  • Not things that I need to do now, but just slowly coming back of, OK, in a few weeks, I should call my doctor.
  • I'm excited to talk through what you're going to do different this time than the first day.
  • Because I feel like there's lessons that you've learned.
  • I think I'll just be more chill this time.
  • Hilarious.
  • You chill?
  • I think the only thing I want to do different this time is keep it a secret as long as possible.
  • I mean, I'm going to be showing very soon.
  • So our inner circle will know.
  • If at some point you see this, I'm sorry.
  • You found out months later.
  • And I just want it for us this time.
  • For as long as possible.
  • Why don't you like the early doctor's appointments?
  • A lot of times they test your hormones.
  • That's when they give you injections.
  • I don't know.
  • I just have never gone early.
  • Is this a miscarriage?
  • Is that getting your hopes up?
  • Yeah.
  • We're OK either way.
  • I don't know.
  • But I have like five more weeks.
  • Maybe take a deep breath.
  • Honestly, we're so excited to be on this journey.
  • And so thankful that so many of you are invested in this journey with us and on this journey with us.
  • We're going to be sharing a lot of videos.
  • We're going to be sharing videos about how we told our friends and family, how we told our kids.
  • We can't wait.
  • It's going to be a really fun couple months.
  • Also, thank you for your patience.
  • Yes, you guys caught on.
  • Everybody knew.
  • So long ago.
  • Everybody already knew.
  • How?
  • I don't know.
  • But we wanted this time around just some time for it to be just Andrew and I and to like process it and think through it and tell our kids and tell our family before we shared it with you guys, our big family,
  • And kind of just soak it in, which we did.
  • We also were just a little bit more hesitant this time.
  • We wanted to hold onto it a little bit longer.
  • I was just like all up in my head about not being 100% sure if it would stick.
  • And here we are.
  • We're about halfway, which is wild.
  • Wild.
  • Wild.
  • I think it was just yesterday that I was like, oh my gosh, I'm actually pregnant.
  • I can't even tell.
  • But yeah, so thank you for your patience.
  • Thank you for all your assumptions and your winky faces and your, okay Sean, we know.
  • I mean, people have known for months.
  • They've been like, she's pregnant.
  • My favorite was I did like a Q&A on Instagram.
  • I was like, what do you guys want to know?
  • And they're like, besides the obvious, what's your favorite color?
  • And I was like, that's funny.
  • Great.
  • Three babies.
  • It's going to be a heck of a journey.
  • Sean's done the whole gymnastics thing.
  • I got to do the football thing, but there's been no better journey that we've been on than this parenting thing together.
  • We get to do it once more as a team.
  • So I'm pumped.
  • I did tell Andrew, I feel like our family is complete now.
  • But you never know.
  • No, I know.
  • I'm coming from a family with five kids in it, so there's still room to grow.
  • I know.
  • I know.
  • We're done.
  • We're so grateful for you.
  • So excited to finally share this news with you.
  • So thankful that you took time out of your day to watch this video.
  • Stay tuned and subscribe if you want to see more of these videos.
  • We're going to be doing all the nonsense, like the wife's tale, gender reveal.
  • All of it.
  • Nash guessing what gender this is.
  • Nash guessed it right with Drew.
  • I don't think we'll do a gender reveal.
  • I don't think so either.
  • But we'll tell you more about that later.
  • We also did a podcast episode on our Couple Things show.
  • You can go check out.
  • All into the weeds about the past year, everything that's been going on, how we got to this point, the emotional rollercoaster, all of it.
  • So don't miss that either.
  • Go check that out.
  • And we did an announcement on the FamilyMade network, so go to FamilyMade.com to learn more.
  • That's all we got.
  • I'm Andrew.
  • I'm Shelly.
  • This is baby number three, and we're the East fam.
  • Out.
